CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Kettlebell Lifting & Conditioning
- 1 hour high-intensity class
- instructed by Cyrus Peterson
- utilizes Kettlebells, body weight exercises, joint mobility protocols, full range of motion stretching, and other modalities
- All New members are required to attend the A&O class before attending KL&C
- You must be free of injury to participate in KL&C
Elite Athletic Protocol
- 20 levels of difficulty, with guidelines for safety
- Instructed by Cyrus Peterson, WKC Certified Kettlebell Lifting Coach and WKC Fitness Trainer
- 1 hour class
- Saturday Class - 2 hours
- All new members must attend A&O Class before attending Elite Athletic Protocol
- You Must be free of injury to participate in the Elite Athletic Protocol
