CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Assessment and Orientation Class (A&O)
  • * By APPOINTMENT ONLY. Pre-registration required.
  • 2 hours of instruction focused on fundamental kettlebell lifts and bodyweight exercises utilized at Advanced Training Concepts
  • 30 minute assessment and evaluation
  • This is a prerequisite program before starting any other program
  • Cost: $149

Kettlebell Lifting & Conditioning
  • 1 hour high-intensity class
  • instructed by Cyrus Peterson
  • utilizes Kettlebells, body weight exercises, joint mobility protocols, full range of motion stretching, and other modalities
  • All New members are required to attend the A&O class before attending KL&C
  • You must be free of injury to participate in KL&C

Elite Athletic Protocol
  • 20 levels of difficulty, with guidelines for safety
  • Instructed by Cyrus Peterson, WKC Certified Kettlebell Lifting Coach and WKC Fitness Trainer
  • 1 hour class
  • Saturday Class - 2 hours
  • All new members must attend A&O Class before attending Elite Athletic Protocol
  • You Must be free of injury to participate in the Elite Athletic Protocol
